Are your products hand-painted?

Every illustration begins as a hand-painted original. We work with Danish illustrators to create artwork that feels warm, textured, and personal - then carefully reproduce it on FSC-certified paper.

What ages are your products for?

Most of our books and posters are designed for children aged 2–8.
Our learning boards can be enjoyed from age 4 and up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship across Europe via GLS. Delivery takes 2–5 business days within
Denmark, and 5–10 business days internationally.

Are your materials sustainable?

All paper products are printed on FSC-certified heavyweight paper. Our colouring pencils are non-toxic. We are committed to sustainable production.

Can I order a personalised name poster?

Yes. Contact us at info@my-lilo.dk with the name and any design preferences. Personalised items are not eligible for returns.

What payment methods do you accept?

MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
For local pickup in Valby, MobilePay upon collection.
